- To comply with legal obligations, including reporting to Austrian and Philippine authorities (Art.
6(1)(c) GDPR; Ausländerbeschäftigungsgesetz, NAG, DMW/POEA regulations)
- To ensure fair, ethical, and transparent recruitment in line with the Austria-Philippines MOU (Art.
6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest)
- To process special categories of data (e.g., health information) only with your explicit consent (Art.
9(2)(a) GDPR)
5. Data Sharing and Recipients
We may share your data with:
- Austrian and EU employers seeking to hire Filipino professionals and skilled workers
- Government agencies: Austrian Ministry of Labour and Economy, Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS),
Immigration Authority, Department of Migrant Workers (DMW, Philippines), and other relevant authorities
for legal compliance and reporting
- Third-party service providers (e.g., IT/cloud providers, document processing services) under strict data
processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR)
- Creditreform (Crefo-Nr. 9111538528) for creditworthiness checks, if required
- Legal authorities if required by law
All data sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary and in accordance with GDPR, DSG, and the
Austria-Philippines MOU.
